Manage solar PV project development, including: filing application with appropriate utility (ConEd, PSE&G, etc.); collaborating with system owners; coordinating procurement and delivery of materials; scheduling construction timelines, coordinating installations; securing bids and selecting sub-contractors, including electrical, lifting services, and roofing; managing installations and configurations of DAS; scheduling inspections, and commissioning systems.

Managed O&M team. Prepared contracts, proposals, quotes, estimates. Coordinated scheduling of preventive maintenance and unscheduled maintenance repairs. Provided technical training and support to team in addressing service repairs, configuring DAS networks, and preparing reports.

Operations and Maintenance management of existing solar photovoltaic systems. Completed Periodic Preventive Maintenance site performance system checks, prepared reports, installed DAS systems, supported web communications, tracked and managed online portals, provided support to systems when problems arose, and helped support the installation team at the start of projects.

E-Learning Expert who specializes in designing, and building interactive courses for the United Nations.Collaborative efforts in conjunction with the UN Department of Field Supports have further expanded their course offerings with four new courses. 1) HR Strategy for your Field Mission, 2) Prepare an HR Strategy for a UN Field Mission, 3) Managing Upwards in a Field Mission, and 4) Using HR Data in a Field Mission.

E-Learning Specialist who designs and develops courses for the United Nations. Continued efforts in collaboration with UN Department of Field Support to expand the eLearning offerings available to staff both at Headquarters and in the Field. This recent contract was focused on two new courses: 1) UNDFS - Prepare an HR strategy for a UN field mission, 2) UNDFS - Strengthening the HR Team in a UN field mission

Designed and developed a series of eLearning courses for the United Nations Department of Field Support. Course topics include: 1) Introduction to Recruitment in UN Field Missions and 2) Planning, Monitoring and Evaluating Human Resource Management in UN Field Missions. Each course is formatted as SCORM compliant / HTML5 for viewing on all devices. Courses are interactive and include assessments to test the users knowledge prior to course completion.

E-learning Project Manager / Developer / Designer. Managing design and development of over 20 interactive SCORM compliant e-learning courses in both English and French. Course topics include: Mentor Training, Immigration, Insurance, Taxation, Separation Procedures, Shipment, UN Joint Staff Pension Fund, Association of Former International Civil Servants, Competency-Based Interviewing for Applicants, Personal History Profile, and Revised UN Competency Framework. Developed and managed online coaching and training platform. Designed and created over 15 interactive courses. Increased business opportunities and helped win contracts.

LEED project at Yale School of Architecture: Created spreadsheets to code & organize documents, managed submittal / RFI logs, communicated with engineers and subs, distributed construction documents, and assisted in walk-through review prior to inspection.

Analyzed sales and inventory data, assisted inventory system migration, proofread manuals, reviewed contracts, helped create new employee accounts, and provided technical support.
