This position focuses on the formulation of lean proteins, salad dressings, sauces, and soups utilizing skill sets of flavor applications, sodium reduction, product formulation, and an assortment of different food processing methods. Project requirements tend to be very different for each customer and includes problem solving on a daily basis.

As a beverage technician I specialized in energy drink development. I have developed beverages in every category except in the alcohol channel. Responsibilities of the position included product development, international formulation, performing product stability studies, raw material screening, vitamin stabilities, analytical testing, calibrating analytical machinery, maintaining ISO compliance, and practicing good lab practices.

Job responsibilities of this position included maintaining accurate and detailed lab reports regarding WILD's raw materials and evaluations of the raw materials performance and acceptability in finished products. Raw material evaluation consisted of performing and recording data regarding bulk density, percent solid measurement, titratable acidity, particle size, and L.A.B. analysis. Finished product evaluation consisted of preparing the finished beverage and determining if the product was acceptable from a taste perspective, as well as an analytical perspective.

In this position I assisted Organizational Planner of the University in planning room setups, operating the electronics needed by customers, and customer services needed by faculty and students involved with events at the University Center

In this position I set-up rooms in the University Center and provided customer service to faculty and students.

Coop position during my Senior year of College at Northern Kentucky University. I performed testing chemists wanted me to have run on protein, lipids, and urine samples. Also responsible for maintaining a clean work area, and practicing good lab practices.
