I have spent the past 20+ years taking on progressively challenging management/operations positions, from office and inventory control management, to IT assistance/management, to Dir of Operations and Executive (C level) Admin roles.Over the course of my career, I have had the opportunity to develop a solid skill set of management proficiencies that will bring added value to this role, such as:• Ability to effectively work toward a common goal.• Ability to work with little to no supervision.• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, teammates, senior managers, etc.• Ability to ramp-up quickly and manage staff and processes.• Understanding of my role, my impact on the "bottom line,” and how to create value for the company.
