- Directly report to Astro Pak's COO- Lead EHS and Field Quality teams to develop comprehensive, clear, behavior-based EHS and Field Quality programs and policies that empower employees and integrate with training, auditing and operations- Reduce exposure to EHS and Field Quality related liabilities through effectively identifying potential risks and regulatory requirements (federal, state and local).- Develop, manage, and administer internal auditing program(s) to ensure that all field (9) and cleanroom (3) locations are continually maintaining compliance. (10 auditors administering 12 location quality audits, 12 location safety audits, and up to 32 jobsite safety and quality audits per year)- Direct procedures, permitting and compliance for hazardous waste (Small Quantity Generators and Large Quantity Generators), air permitting, water pollution control, and community right-to-know programs at all (9) field and (3) cleanroom locations- Manage the creation and implementation of the quality management system (QMS) and its subsequent procedures and work instructions at all (9) field locations including the Chesapeake, VA location. - Oversee immediate intervention and investigation of all EHS and Field Quality related incidents; including on-site tactical response, crisis management and root-cause analysis- Assist Team and Organizational Development Department in developing and administering meaningful safety related training to (+250 full-time employees)

- Directly report to Astro Pak’s CFO- Manage purchasing and procurement department, renegotiating company-wide vendor contracts - Oversee customer feedback (internal/external) and act as the liaison between operations and all customers in response to defects in the field - Serve as the project manager for all field operations process improvement initiatives - Develop and update the field quality management system, including all standard operating procedures - Administer semiannual facility and job site-specific audits at ten locations throughout the United States- Lead all defect investigation resolution initiatives in the field- Generate monthly reports for all quality related KPIs for corporate business review meetings
