Josh Hart grew up in Silver Spring, MD and attended the prestigious Sidwell Friends School. During his senior year, he averaged 24 points and 13 rebounds.From there, he went on to a storied career at Villanova University where he won 4 Big East Regular Season Championships and became an NCAA National Champion. His career was capped off with a stellar Senior campaign, earning him countless awards, including: Big East Player of the Year, Big East Co-Defensive Player of the Year, NCAA Men’s Basketball Senior Class Award, and First Team All American.Josh was selected by the Los Angeles Lakers with the 30th pick in the 2017 NBA Draft. Though just a rookie, he has proven his ability to contribute immediately, notching career highs of 26 points against the Houston Rockets and 14 rebounds against the Brooklyn Nets. During the month of February, Josh was inserted into the starting lineup and he posted averages of 12 PPG and 8 RPG on 57% shooting. In late February, Josh was sidelined due to a fracture of the 4th metacarpal that required surgery.Off the court, Josh enjoys spending time with his Rottweiler (appropriately named Nova), live streaming video-games to his thousands of Twitch followers, watching The Office, staying up to date with the latest tech gadgets, and enjoying a great meal.
