Pull orders for NTW/ BigO Tires, put away of inbound delivery, RFID erp through SAP.Process credits and verify RG's for Bigo Tires stores and NTW stores. Once credit is completed then to put away the RG's back into stock. Monitor NTW stores of 7 days of when RG created and also monitor Bigo stores of 30 days and monitor Returns location to keep empty each week. Monitor POD report to make sure we are within a weekly goal of nothing over 7 days ageing.

Route NTW and BIGO of about 14 delivery trucks 2 times a day. Monitor POD to make sure delivery that was completed and signature in system.Route useing Ortec and SAP for all invoicing. Support customer via phone and as will call customers.Set large returns to be picked up with the BigO stores.

Support 60 plus field serivce techs on getting a new part shipped out to get the product up and running. Maintain 5 stocking locations with Fedex and 3PL for faster service to field tech's.RMA Receiving of defective parts and sterlize. By useing Autoclave Sanyo, Steris 1E, Cavi Spray and wipes, Sterrad 100NX. Maintain receiving metrics, Discrepant data base and working with OUS and US team to resolve.
