Joshua Hess is a native of New Orleans. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2000 from New York University in New York City. He obtained his law degree from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2011, where he was an active member of the St. Thomas More Inn of Court. He joined the Louisiana Bar that same year.Mr. Hess joined Christovich & Kearney in 2013, and received recognition from SuperLawyers as a Rising Star for 2014-16. In 2019 he joined the City Attorney's office in New Orleans, permanently assigned to advise the New Orleans Aviation Board, an unattached Board of the City of New Orleans. He served the City there until his move to Evergreen, Colorado. Mr. Hess has now left the practice of law to focus on family, general business consulting and developing technology to help individuals capture atmospheric carbon.Mr. Hess served on the executive committee of the St. Thomas More Inn of Court and the board of the Louisiana Landmarks Society. He is a former board member for Jewish Family Services.
