Management oversight of project controls at all LyondellBasell sites where Worley has asmall capital and maintenance presence. This roll includes establishing procedures and structuring project controls tools to standardize reporting and increase accurate reporting across all locations while meeting the dynamic needs of each of our clients from various sites. Responsible for hiring and managing qualified personnel and training them onsite in all software and reporting requirements to ensure a quick and smooth transition resulting in cost savings. Additionally, provide group and one-on-one training of Worley's Change Notice and RFI program to all LyondellBasell project managers and construction coordinators associated with Worley's scope of work.

-Cost Specialist where my responsibilities consist of managing field change orders, Construction Management Team Staffing Schedule and our Construction Equipment Schedule. Additional cost control duties include utilizing current cost and work-hour trends to incorporate into forecast variances for all aspects of the project. All of this data is then compiled for submission of monthly reports to KBR upper management.-Within scheduling I utilized Primavera to assist with scheduling efforts for site development and major engineering projects. This consisted of maintaining and updating FEED and construction schedules in addition to compiling and running reports for various types of meeting. Involved with the development of the Level 2+ EPC schedule for a major international project. Actively reviewed our Work Management System with progress in P6 to validate current and cumulative progress was accurate.-Construction Overhead and Indirect Estimating for domestic and international projects-I have also heavily participated in fund raising on my current project. To date, we have raised over $20,000 to give to non-profit organizations and fellow employees and their families who have fallen on unexpected hard times.

As an intern with Jones & Carter Inc., I worked with project managers to track costs, progress, and review drawings to ensure a smooth deliverable to clients.
