Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitators (TSAC-F®) apply scientific knowledge to physically train military, fire and rescue, law enforcement, protective services, and other emergency personnel to pass their fitness exams, improve their fitness abilities to perform their jobs better, promote wellness, and decrease injury risk. TSAC-F conduct needs analyses and physical testing sessions, design and implement safe and effective strength training and conditioning programs, and provide general information regarding nutrition. Recognizing their area of expertise is separate and distinct, TSAC Facilitators consult with and refer those they train to other professionals when appropriate.

Researched, developed and successfully established the Foreign Weapons Instructor Course which was the only course of its kind in the Department of Defense outside of Special Operations ForcesResponsible for writing master lesson files for all classes taught within the course. Which included lesson plans, student outlines, course schedule, and tests Developed a quick reference pocket guide consisting of 82 pages that included the most prolific Foreign Weapons used by forces around the world. The guide included pictures, key identifying features, country of origin, nomenclature, and characteristics of each weapon.Maintained a working relationship with a multitude of government agencies for up to date information and training on all weapon systems covered in the course.Developed training plans for numerous live fire static and maneuver under fire ranges that utilized both domestic and foreign weapon systems.Organized the procurement for 8 different non-standard DoD ammunition required for the course.Conducted foreign weapons instruction and training to foreign allied military personnel from the United Kingdom Royal Marine Commandoes, the Mexican Marine Corps, and the Polish, Georgian, and Azerbaijani Armies.Served as a subject matter expert on numerous VIP visits to include Congressmen, General officers, senior enlisted Marines, formal DoD school students, civilian business executives, and teachers and educators.Maintained 100% accountability and maintenance for the school houses armory which included over 300 weapons valued in excess of $3.5M.
