As Software Developer, designed, developed, and maintained custom .NET software to facilitate management and reporting of financial campaign data. Served as team leader for a group of three developers in the creation of a WPF/SQL Server campaign finance application. Created automated software to run business rules on aggregated financial data, do nightly imports, and email result reports (or errors encountered) to appropriate staff. Planned, scheduled, and held client training workshops for custom software. Listened to client feedback and developed custom features to address unique business needs. Collaborated with the CEO and IT employees on the priority and progress of software goals. Trained employees on custom software. Aided in the import and transformation of data into commercial software. Set up Windows servers for SQL Server roles and IIS for internal web services.
