This role primarily involved providing project, program and portfolio management consulting services services to State of Matter's clients, including a software start-up company, and energy start-up, an asx listed financial services business and a private strategy consultancy company.Working with these clients I was able to guide the establishment of.

Managed two projects for customer Identity and Access Management system replacement (Forgerock) and Enterprise Application Integration establishment (Mulesoft). Managed vendors and internal teams to deliver solution design, infrastructure setup, application installation and configuration and data migration. Used the in-house project management methodology.

Managed projects for upgrade of Powercor's Enterprise Application Integration product (Oracle Fusion) and integration development for eConnect cutomer connections automation. Ran the market system program of work including: - monthly board meeting - project manager team stand-ups - represented market systems at department project delivery scrum-of-scrums.

Worked as a senior business analyst on digital IT projects run using agile methodology. Quickly learned the subscription television business model, loyalty model, web development processes and identity management principles to become a respected business analyst and most knowledgeable resource for two whole-of-business issues.

Established NEC Australia’s first industry vertical practice. Used project delivery approach to establish foundational aspects of the practice including processes, market research and marketing material. Forged relationships across the NEC business and devised new market offerings. Due to operational changes within NEC, the practice was disbanded.
