Performs internal IT network management services that support the IT infrastructure. Provides on-call support 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Configures, operates, monitors, secures, and sustains all internal network devices within the LAN. Maintains rack space assigned for equipment and ensures connectivity to the LAN. Configures, troubleshoots, and maintains network devices and cabling.Coordinates scheduled outages for internal IT equipment and ensures adherence to configuration management and Authorized Service Interruption policies. Ensures heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and power for all IT equipment rooms and office space meet operational standards and remain in working condition. Monitors key aspects of devices such as availability, CPU, memory, bandwidth usage, critical system processes, and warning messages. Maintains and tracks all IT related company assets as well as procurement of new hardware/software to meet business needs.Manage and resolve day to day help desk issues for local and remote users.
