I lead a Business Group full of passionate people helping the US Army solve some of their most pressing challenges and supporting some of their most important missions.

Josh led SAIC’s Navy and USMC portfolio. He was responsible for strategy, market growth, P&L, and delivery across $1B portfolio of programs supporting critical missions for the Department of Navy. From applying artificial intelligence to solve maintenance challenges, to integrating live, virtual, and constructive training to increase readiness, to complex weapons systems integration to improve lethality, we lead with innovation and a mission oriented mindset.

Josh led successful transition from three market segments to a solutions and technology group while retaining all top performers and bringing in new talent to enable transformation in solution development for SAIC. Created SAIC’s first digital organization focused on building integrated digital solutions spanning cyber, cloud, analytics, and software. Based on 1st comprehensive SAIC portfolio, implemented lean-agile across all solution development narrowing focus yielding positive program results to accelerate development. Created first ever SAIC Solutioning framework, and improved technical delivery across the portfolio by 15%. Created commercial technology consultancy model that drove more than $5M in incremental revenue via created innovation factory and graduated 1st ever SAIC technical leadership development cohort to build talent in critical areas of artificial intelligence, cyber, and cloud.

Josh Jackson is senior vice president and general manager for SAIC's Engineering, Integration, and Mission Solutions Market Segment with responsibility for leading more than 5,000 professionals delivering innovative solutions to customers across all of SAIC's vertical markets of defense, intelligence, and civilian.

Mr. Jackson is Vice President and Manager for the Defense Missions Solutions Operation. He leads a division of more than 600 employees with responsibility for four divisions providing support to a wide variety of clients in the defense market. His Operation delivers strong profit and annual revenues in excess of $160 million. The Operation houses core competencies in: Policy Analysis, Operations Research, simulation and Analysis, Concept Development and Experimentation, and Training. He is responsible for strategic direction, business management, business growth, collaboration, and client relations. He drives organic growth through collaboration and innovation on foundations of strong processes and technology application. He is most proud of the regular recognition his team receives from the clients they serve and awards his team earns for their products.

As Division Manager, Mr. Jackson led all aspects of the Joint Experimentation Transformation, Training and Assessments (JETTA) Division of 140 people, nine programs and $20 Million in annual revenue achieving 15% YoY growth each year during his three year tenure in that position. As a member of the Business Unit’s Integration Process Group, Mr. Jackson helped the Program Support Office develop and execute process improvement initiatives across JETTA’s programs. As the Joint System of Systems Collaborative Environment Laboratory (JSCEL) Director, manage the technical and operational aspects of this 2,000 s.f. Lab. This includes establishing and executing the vision, objectives and strategies of the JSCEL.
