Campaign managers are required to handle 2-3 marketing events from a list of 28 clients inside of retail stores. We manage and maintain relations between the client and consumers. We build the relationships between the consumers and clients by educating customers on the services provided and what those services could offer them. We also have to maintain constant communication with our clients to determine our success and in what areas we could use improvement. list of duties *Manange inventory in excess of $20,000 *Conduct interviews, manage hiring and recruiting *Teach and train new employees and prepare them for management *logistics of the product coming to and leaving from each retail store *Report earnings and losses on a day to day basis *Manage a team of 3 to 10 people, and up to 2 to 3 events at any given time *Problem solve any upcoming challenges and negotiate any negative experiences to ensure every customer leaves satisfied.
