I expanded my skill set at Manitowoc Crane Group, as an assembler and technician. In addition to those duties, I became certified and worked as an overhead crane trainer, forklift operator; and I received a promotion to Spec A Assembler in less than a year. I was responsible for assuring operations were completed safely and timely.

I began as an intern at Plane Care during my senior year of highschool. Ilater got hired on permanently. I worked throughout the facilityinspecting planes, replacing engines, performing brake and tire work,painting, and many other aspects of plane maintenance and repair.

At Lowe’s Home Improvement, I was a “Sales Associate” in the Tools andHardware department, where I assisted customers in choosing the properproducts. In addition, I worked throughout the store as needed, includinglumber, doors, loading, and check-out registers. Many times I stayed asa volunteer to organize and set up new displays and special events. AtLowe’s I received my certification to operate forklifts, order pickers andballymores. Most of my time at Lowe’s was spent working directly withcustomers, which enhanced my customer service skills.

I filled many roles at Cornerstone Financial. My position included but wasnot limited to scanning and filing customer information, cleaning,customer service, and setting up for special events.
