I live by three principles:To imagine—There is no gift more valuable to the human species than the capacity for imagination. I’ve dedicated years of my life to not only artistic pursuits—through music and voice production, fiction writing, book design, and graphic illustration—but also the creative aspect of business ingenuity, such as curriculum writing, workshop building, training program development, and community founding.To dare—How can one say they’ve truly lived without pushing themselves to the furthest limits of their minds and bodies? I thrive on challenges of great mental and physical adversity, whether completing combat missions in the Arctic tundra of Alaska or oppressive heat of the Middle-east, teaching high school students during the height of the pandemic, or meeting the grueling pace of flight training in the journey toward my private pilot license. To finish— If one hopes to cement their legacy, then to create or to dare are fruitless principles without the intent to finish: to complete the tasks they set out to do. With this mindset, I have fulfilled a term of military service, published multiple music albums and print texts, produced several audiobooks, coached baseball teams to playoff berths, successfully funded a Kickstarter project, and so much more. As I move toward the future, I plan to finish my second master’s degree, complete further internships in aviation safety, continue my pilot certificates and ratings, and earn a position as an aircraft accident investigator.
