I am passionately dedicated to the craft of turning ideas into things by developing strategies for scaling projects as the evolution from concept to completion takes form. I started my career years ago in property marketing, but after the real estate crash in 2008, I opted to pursue a career in music and toured heavily after my old band had won MySpace Metal Band of the Year in 2011. After having my daughter, I opted to pivot into the things I loved most about developing my own band -- Creating, Coaching and Pitching. The performing was never the spark for me. Citing my prior experience with booking and managing well over 75 of our tour dates, I made a pitch to a triathlon company and began my career in sporting event/race management to fund the vision of having an incubator label one day. An island for all the misfit toys with grit and potential. I worked diligently for over the following 8 years honing my craft in large scale operations for companies such as EnMotive/Ram Racing, who has a software platform, advanced CRM integrations, a race management wing, a timing division, an ai photography engine and international product sourcing. This pivot gave me a vast amount of experience in scaling a business in a new market, at a corporate level, taking my market from losing over $80k per year with less than 30 races under contract when I was initially hired in Portland, OR, to making an over 7-figure swing into the profitable range. This led to opening a second office in Seattle totaling over 120 races under contract, covering a 5-state radius. In 2020, the unthinkable happened and COVID-19 shut down the entire race industry overnight, but the success from EnMotive/Ram had given me the confidence to branch out and take the leap. I co-founded Moguls Media and Equation Management. I have been self employed since and continue to work with a wide variety of clients.
