Co-founder of a startup that bought and ran four Optometry practices.Our team developed unique plug-and-play growth programs that can be applied to any medical service provider. We used them successfully in our practices in two revenue streams: Four practices that we own & one practice as a revenue share model. As a founder, I had my hand in many areas such as Operations, Customer Success, Marketing and M&A.
