-Maintain brand standards in operations while achieving annual revenue and profitability goals YoY-Ensure superior guest satisfaction and uphold all brand standards-Partner with GM of hotel to provide exceptional Senior Leadership to all other department heads, management and teammates. Directly manage a team of 80+ within department including 10 exempt managers.-Daily operations of multiple outlets: Restaurant, Lounge, In-Room Dining, Banquets, Catering & Amenities.-Manage all department financials including: P&L, Budgeting, Forecasting, Daily Revenue Reports & Monthly Executive Summaries-Management of Event Sales & Execution Team to drive revenue and provide exceptional experience through the entire client/event life cycle-Identify and implement additional revenue streams within departments to drive day to day profitability

-Provided leadership, evaluation and coordination in all aspects of operations. Responsibilities include but not limited to:-Adhere to company financial goals and projections. -Manage alcohol inventory and ordering. -Manage team of 75+ hourly staff and keyed managers.-Facility operations and management. -Event Management. -Vendor relations. -Implement systems and processes to reduce labor, supply and alcohol waste.-Account management of up to 35-40 social and business clients at a time.

-Partner with the ownership in all aspects of the restaurant including P&L, Cost/Labor Control, Scheduling, Private Event Planning, Beverage Program, Menu Consulting, Human Resources, Ordering, and all other aspects of daily operation and floor management.
