Following A Levels at The John Lyon School in Harrow, Josh started his work life off as a fitness instructor but very soon entered the property market and made his name as one of the leading, letting & management negotiators in North West London and after 2 years set up his first Estate Agency as a Co-Director in Hampstead, London and purchased his first rental investment at 20 in 1999. Following 3 successful years selling and letting prime residential property in this area the business was sold and Josh immediately set up a new boutique agency covering all aspects of residential and commercial property. During these 6 years Josh formed relationships with many property developers and subsequently set up another company to specialise in this sector which he runs to this day. Josh sold the boutique agency business as a going concern in 2007.In 2009 Josh turned his attention to a new market, Food & Beverage and took advantage of his passion for marketing and FMCG. ShakeTastic®️ Milkshake & Juice Bars was born. The company from stand still with 3 staff and 1 shop has already achieved a multimillion GBP turnover, employs over 50 staff and has created a strong Brand and following. Owned sites in London (including inside the world famous Hamleys), Hertfordshire & Middlesex with franchises in the UK and Qatar. The group also own and operate tZing!®️ a coffee offering in Hamleys.
