Helped plan and implement strategies and events to grow the brand strength and financial viability of the Roaring Riot. Tweaked and executed recurring annual membership rollout, fulfillment and delivery to over 7,000 Roaring Riot members worldwide on an annual basis. Helped with Away Game Experience planning, execution and leadership (both domestic and international) as well as maintaining and growing partnerships, Home Game events for over 1,000 people in addition to anything that the Roaring Riot needed to help it continue on an upward trajectory through a pandemic and waning fan interest in the team whom the club is based. From moving fences and putting up tents in a downpour to scheming high-level strategies, we do whatever is necessary to ensure success.

Cultivated partnerships with fan groups to help lead Away Game Experiences for NFL fans to multiple domestic and international destinations. Planned and executed as the main point of contact experiences that included flights, transport, hotel, game tickets, tours, parties, tailgates and other events for groups as large as 400.Was one of only two travel companies to lead a group for the first NFL game in Germany with over 125 Seahawks fans spending a week in Munich organized and executed by Sports Fans Travel.Responsible for front-facing customer interaction as well as backend tasks such as trip planning, website creation and maintenance as well as graphic design as needed.

Covered and reported on activities of Carolina Panthers and the organization on a daily basis. Was responsible for budgeting, editing, publishing daily content from multiple writers and managing The Riot Report, which received over two million pageviews per year. Appeared in and wrote videos, hosted podcasts, helped with website design, SEO, daily newsletter and any self-generated assignments as needed to help grow a media company from scratch. Was responsible for management of five writers/analysts, one full-time photographer/videographer, a podcast network with both video and audio podcasts while maintaining both journalistic and AP standards as a beat writer covering the team.In 2021, transitioned The Riot Report website into a daily newsletter with over 14,000 daily subscribers and a 45% open rate which provided not only a first-person look at the team but a one-stop shop for fans to get the best in the written word, video, audio, photo and even memes from around the internet aggregated into a daily newsletter.
