Project ran through multiple canyons with intense side slopes and limited easement and access. Client was super happy with progress and build construction.• Managed multiple the construction of multiple filings for Shea Homes in the Canyons in Castle Pines. For Filing 2, 1st Amendment, constructed 10,350 LF of sanitary, 13,600 LF of water, and 4,900 LF of sanitary lines. Despite losing nearly 6 weeks to weather on Filing 3, installed 5,600 LF of sanitary, 10,950 water LF of water, and 5,365 LF of storm line, before winter to allow for initial asphalt paving. Fostered relationship with highly satisfied client which led to additional work.• Part of ERP transition group that participated in feedback and training meetings. Single-handedly developed multiple templates to bridge transition from estimating software to ERP until overdue software was developed. Key team player to keep projects moving during trying time.

Major Accomplishments:• Transitioned $1.2M water line project in Erie, CO that was majority open cut to now majority HDPE horizontal directional drilling to mitigate impacting school and traffic. Design-on-the-fly created revised layout and sizing for 1,200 LF of 18" HDPE. Installed 1,250 12” PVC waterline via open cut and connections. High visibility project with major traffic impacts avoided with satisfied client.• Responsible for full development of 140 unit housing area in Steamboat Springs, CO. Project worth $7.5M includes 8,200 LF of 8” and 1,600 LF of 12” PVC waterline, 8,500 LF of 8” PVC and 40 manholes for sanitary, and over 7,400 LF of various (6” to 30”) storm pipe using multiple materials. Included site grading, road and sidewalk paving, and retaining wall installation. Completed Phase 1 of work before winter shut down. • Simultaneously kicking-off three projects, worth $2.1M, $2.5M, and $2.3M respectively. Projects include deep 30” PVC sanitary line and wet utilities for two different developments. Providing project kick-off, budget development and purchasing, and client management and reporting in expedited timeframe.
