The Small Things (TST) is an organisation working to empower children, families and communities in Nkoaranga village, in the foothills of Mt Meru, Tanzania.In my role as Senior Development Coordinator, I oversee the strategy and implementation of TST's fundraising campaigns, sponsorship program, social media, and photography, in conjunction with our development team. I also manage the TST website, and add capacity as a photographer at events when necessary.

I was responsible for managing TST's child and family sponsorship program - sourcing, on-boarding and communicating with sponsors, and compiling updates on sponsored children and outreach families.I also managed TST's social media, website, and external communications, and worked with the Development team to plan and execute fundraising campaigns.I photographed events and daily life at TST to share with sponsors, in print and on our online platforms.

As IT & Fundraising Specialist for the Families and Futures Coalition - an initiative of The Small Things - I developed and maintained the Coalition's online platforms, fundraising campaigns, and M&E systems. I also worked with member organisations to develop and improve their own marketing and fundraising processes.

Liger Leadership Academy is a residential school located in rural Cambodia that educates promising youth of today to develop socially conscious, entrepreneurial leaders of tomorrow. It provides an innovative curriculum based on experiential and project-based learning.In the role of Communications Coordinator, I promoted the successes and day-to-day life of the students and staff at Liger through photography, video and text. I managed Liger's social media accounts and website.

I managed the website and digital accounts for Camp Quality, a charity that gives all kids impacted by cancer every opportunity to thrive. I also assisted with social media advertising, and championed the use of Mailchimp in email campaigns, including training staff across the organisation. I assisted the marketing team in the development and promotion of Camp Quality's first "Acts of Kid-ness" campaign, which attracted national media attention and has been retained as a successful item on the national CQ fundraising calendar.I was a photographer on camps as required.

Founded in 2004, Cambodian Children's Fund provides life-changing education, nourishment and healing to vulnerable children from some of Cambodia's most destitute communities. Today CCF cares for more than 2,000 students and 10,000 people annually after extending services to provide to entire families and communities in crisis.In my role as Digital Communications Coordinator I managed CCF's website and social media. A large focus of my role was storytelling - I researched, wrote and published the stories of the kids, families and communities that CCF works with, on these platforms.I also did drone photography for CCF, using a Phantom 4 Pro.
