I also worked closely with management to assess damages, determined estimates, and assisted in designing a project scope of work. This experience gave a sense of responsibility, customer service skills, as well as leadership and problem-solving abilities.I possess an array of people skills, being friendly and outgoing, while staying attentive to the people around me, solving customer’s issues and motivating employees to succeed and improve.
