Management of over 50 products on seasonal and critical allocation (approx. $70MM in GR) including- Daily analysis of orders based on allocation and supply- Daily maintenance of a Seasonal allocation tracker and a Seasonal database by SKU, by customer, and by fiscal period- Pull previous sales data by SKU, by customer, and by fiscal period to obtain allocation quantities for each customer and SKU- Coordinate with Sales, Demand Planning, and Supply teams to set-up allocation based on projected production levels and historical sales data- Lead a Customer Service & Logistics project to improve WOW and allocations data management systems/processes- Compile historical data to create and distribute a weekly pacing report detailing the amount ordered, shipped/sold versus total forecast- Update the monthly PPK forecasts in SAP APO for the production team's visibility
