I am a digital resilience specialist with a focus on search-based communications. I advise businesses and individuals looking to protect and enhance their reputations through digital channels. I combine my experience in online reputation management, corporate communications, social media, advocacy, profile raising, campaign management, and crisis to deliver multi-channel resilience and communications strategies. I successfully established Hawthorn Advisors' digital practice prior to joining Schillings. At Schillings, I am responsible for the digital resilience practice alongside the legal, investigations and intelligence, critical risk, and strategic communications teams to offer the market's most robust reputation management service. I work with my colleagues to detect, define, dilute, and displace reputaitonally challenging issues, online. As a former Director at Digitalis, I worked with a range of individuals and corporate's, focusing on their online narrative management, legacy, and digital resilience, as well as crisis preparedness. I helped clients and customers to craft their messages for audiences online. Prior to joining Digitalis, I worked at Edelman in the Corporate Reputation team on major global businesses and brands, including Formula 1 and Nissan.
