This enabled the organization to work on projects simultaneously which allowed functional areas to effectively communicate their requirements to one another, reducing SILO effect.➤ 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Picked to be the lead planner of a Brigade Tactical Exercise, though newly arrived with little knowledge of the organization capabilities or operations. Leveraged knowledge from leaders in the functional areas to gather their requirements and built a consolidated plan. It ended up being the best execution of this type of exercise the Brigade had seen.

Getting the commo rep resulted in our vehicles going from 10% to 80% with working radios, dramatically improving safety during convoy operations.

Additionally, manages the fuel accountability program for the Brigade.➤ 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝘂𝗹𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Forecasted, synchronized, resourced and ordered as needed, required food, bulk water, ice, bulk fuel, petroleum’s oils and lubricants (POL), repair parts and coordinating additional equipment and support such as refrigeration units, shower and laundry teams between seven organizations impacting 5000 people and each organization missions.➤ 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀: Tracked the on-hand sustainment capabilities of the Brigade concern fuel, water, transportation and material handling equipment (MHE) assets and predicted potential shortfalls concerning internal capabilities. ➤ 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Planning and Scheduled and de-conflicted the Divisions finite Heavy Equipment Transportation Systems (HETs) used to move the Brigades Tanks and Bradley’s to and from training areas, resulting in no impediments to training events.➤ 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘁 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: Audited all fuel distribution and accountability of 242,500 gal of JP-8 for the Brigade every month. Verifying that the amount issued and currently in fuel tanks was in tolerance with what was provided. In total the amount of fuel accounted for was over $4 million dollars.

Providing oversight of over $100,000 dollars in purchases. This position was for an officer two levels above my paygrade at the time.
