Coordinated all Company training events for 10 week cycles for 12 Drill Sergeants and 240 trainees. Requested land reservations for training, ordered sufficient ammunition for ranges, procured food services for all training as well as transportation to and from training sites. Responsible generating risk assessments for each training event and supervising compliance.
