The Mayer team of experienced builders offers commercial construction, historic renovations, and more in New Orleans, LA. As Superintendent, my responsibilities include managing the scheduling, execution and delivery of our of commercial construction projects.

I've been in construction for 24 years. I joined the Triumph team in 2022 to expand my knowledge and relationships within the industry. As an employee, just as with the Triumph customers, our leadership team takes the time to get to know you, listen to your ideas, and work with you to bring those ideas to life!

• Determine the project deliverables and specifications, including the project scope, necessary project resources, and estimated labor needed by collaborating with clients, engineers, and architects• Calculate the cost estimate of all project tasks and actively manage the project budget• Plan and schedule construction project(s), including residential construction operations and timelines to make sure project deadlines are met• Acquire appropriate licenses and permits from the corresponding authorities and ensure construction is up to code• Work with general contractors, critical subcontractors, and external vendors to negotiate profitable contracts• Manage general contractors and construction workers and give guidance as needed to ensure high-quality project performance• Communicate the status of the building project to key stakeholders by providing regular progress reports• Prevent injuries, slowdowns, and project risks by demanding complete adherence to health and safety standards on construction sites
