Promoted to work on a global team project leading both small- and large-scale simulation with cross functional teams such as quality, engineering and operations using 3p tools. Coached global team on OGP (One Global Process) and understanding how to leverage learnings and best practices from site to site, region to region. Coached multiple levels of management in developing global strategic plans to realize the Annual Operating Plan. Selected as the 3p Workshop Presenter at the 2019 Association for Manufacturing Excellence, Chicago International Conference, and presented with the Chairman’s Award in 2018 and 2020. Reduced cycle time on New Product Development Team in different global regions and reduced critical action list (IRCA) for New Product Development Project that resulted in a 40% reduction and sped up project by 20%.

Promoted to Team Leader Development Program (TLDP) site trainer at numerous sites including Pueblo, CO, Memphis, TN, Johannesburg, South Africa, Mocksville, NC and Campbellsville, KY. Managed a team of two by prioritizing and scheduling projects and overseeing workflow and production.
