Rectified gaps in U.S. Government annual security audit requirements dating back to 2015, resulting in passing grades on all Government and Air Force SAP security compliance inspections that had been failed the previous year. Developed a new workflow for the employee data collection process that reduced the number of back and forth emails per employee by 50% while also decreasing the number of errors made on initial paperwork submission by 25%. Assisted in building and implementing a new Concept of Operations for security responsibilities at various echelons and provided support for security awareness and education programs. Maintained comprehensive personnel security files for all employees that rectified previous information and reporting gaps.
