I have worked in the Mental Health, Programming, and Justice sectors for approximately 16 years. As a result I have had the opportunity to work in multiple situations and fill multiple programming roles. I use a client centered approach which is the key to my understanding and assessment of situations. I have first hand experience with crisis management, program facilitation, case management, formal reporting and procedures, and more. In my professional Development I have had the opportunity to attend multiple workshops, seminars and training opportunities which have further rounded out my skills. In the past two year my client centered approach and advanced knowledge in tech have made me an asset to my team in the implementation of remote approaches to program delivery.
