Cash and technology.I'm currently Chief Operating Officer at IFS Services, better known as DTS Connex, where we enable retailers to create bank change orders and deposits. We have grown to over 117,000 retail locations using our SAAS product daily to help manage their cash needs.Before my COO role, I managed the DTS Connex product. I was responsible for ensuring our application had the features and functions that our customers needed. We added hundreds of improvements to meet the needs of our partners better while taking into account costs and priorities.I began my career at Ernst & Young where I helped banks reengineer their cash vault processes. That experience led me to create our software at DTS Connex. Twenty years later it has come full circle. I am helping some of the largest companies in the world use our software to manage their cash better.One day we had one location on DTS Connex. Through hard work, intelligence, and a little luck, we have grown that by a factor of a hundred thousand.
