Taught several classes of oral English to Graduate and PhD students. Worked with students to help them better use and comprehend spoken english through maximizing student talk-time by using role-playing, activities and projects. Was responsible for all aspects of the classroom, including creating own lesson plans, keeping attendance and grading assignments.

Worked at all levels of the business and was promoted to general manager. While general manager, was responsible for inventory, ordering, scheduling for two different locations, and hiring and training new employees. At all other times was responsible for maintaining accurate exchanges of money between registers, safes and the bank. While under my management, store experienced a 19% increase in same-store sales in the middle of a down economy.
