Act as a liason between the Enterprise National Service Department, Enterprise Groups, Customers, Manufacturers, and National Accounts by: Working directly with Manufacturers and Vendor Partners regarding technical issues, and maintaining professional relationships with Manufacturer representatives, National Account representatives, and outside parts and service suppliers. Research and monitor industry news and trends impacting our fleet and determine the correct action to deliver the most value to our customers.Negotiate with manufacturer partners on behalf of Enterprise Fleet Management's customers.Establish guidelunes and parameters to ensure the submission of quality goodwill assistance claims through training and auditing. Establish and maintain access to all Manufacturer and internal technical related resources and provide ongoing support. Create and coordinate communication to the rest of the National Service Department, Fleet Operations, and Groups by developing and maintaining internal resources and Salesforce.com.Develop and Facilitate National Service Department training for new hires as well as existing employees.
