· Manage multiple 3PLs; setting expectations and then managing to those expectations. · Ensure that each 3PL is working in accordance with established SLA’s, and provide process improvements when the mark is missed.· Analyze and organize data in Excel to create day on hand inventory and trigger ship times. · Work with multiple intercompany departments such as: International, Finance, Product, and Customer Support.· Organize and coordinate meetings to discuss forecasts, incentives, new SOP’s, and review un-allocated orders to provide customer satisfaction.
