Coordinate contractors to perform tasks in a timely manner. Assist contractors with resources needed to complete tasks on schedule. Track incoming equipment to assure components are onsite to meet scheduled start dates.

Manage maintenance parts for the plant. Receive all parts coming into plant, unload trucks, load trucks when necessary. Enter all receiving papers into Tranquility software. Manage packing slips for all inventory. Assist maintenance coordinator in staging all parts for repair work. Oversee weekly inventory counts.
