Managing the General and Power Train Training team. Supervising 7 trainers that handle new hire and continuation training for new students and internal employees. Graduation rate of over 90% in the classroom and our students consistently graduate from nesting with scores higher than the 80% QA threshold. Also handling administrative duties such as time sheet management, attendance, and PTO requests for new students as well as my team. Held hand off meetings with Team Leads to give them progress reports on students about to join their teams, also managed tracking data for each class to keep track of scores, attendance, and any student issues that may have arisen.
