Serving my local church of 800+ members as a ministry leader on our communications team, I oversaw all technical audio and video production of services and events, created multi-media content for all ministries and their related platforms, and developed servant leaders in my dedicated areas of service.

As Digital Media Manager for a group of Christian, outdoor adventure camps across three states, I managed everything from social media, to videography and graphic design, to the training and direction of three separate summer media teams. My focus was creative direction and spearheading the development of an in-house media department. My primary responsibilities were videography and photography, after the hire of two full-time graphic designers.

My role as producer and editor at a two-man production house included producing commercial video features, as well as marketing our video production services on a regular basis. My co-producer and I did everything from client-collaborative scriptwriting to shooting and editing. Productions for clients included spots on local television, online advertisements/websites, and internal pieces for organizations and businesses.

As a technician, I installed large-scale commercial audio, video, and lighting systems. This included travel, small machinery operation such as fork lifts/sky jacks, and working alongside other contractors. I was also responsible for interpreting wire diagrams and helping system designers navigate new spaces.As a design assistant, I created 3D CAD drawings and models, which assisted the design team in their proposals for commercial audio, video, and lighting systems. I used specialized computer programs to draw environments, measure acoustic and luminance responses, and presented information to both the design team and the client.
