Lastly, I have over 20 years of solid modeling using CREO (Also CATIA) and generating advanced 2-d drawings in accordance to GD&T standards. Developed space structure designs, tooling designs, assembly fixture designs and composite lay-up drawings. Participated in numerous design meeting with customers. Also led numerous successful material and process investigations related to integral ballistically protected composite structures, low temperature hermetic sealing of composite optical structures, high emissivity inorganic coating development, composite missile thruster manifold with integral fuel lines, titanium-aluminide materials for electronic housing mounting plates, and composite structures with visco-elastic materials for shock and vibration damping over large temperature ranges. Also provided numerous designs, analyses and drawings of composite and metal structures using Pro-E, IDEAS, and MSC Nastran..
