I held three different positions in my tenure at TSA.Master Coordination Center Officer, 2009-2011. Duties included: • Incident management including data collection, information dispersal and reporting, timeline recording, and moderation of bridge calls between the managerial staff during incidents.• Collection and reporting in the Federal PMIS system of all relevant data regarding screening operations.• Employee payroll and attendance in KRONOS timekeeping system. • Designing, creating, implementing, and training for many reports and forms used by the Coordination Center staff, managerial staff, and the screening floor.• Coordinating, logging and recording incident reports in the webEOC and PARIS Federal reporting systems. • Responsible for the audit and reporting of various IO Audits relating to Coordination Center activities. • Coordinating equipment maintenance calls between the screening floor and the TSA Maintenance Team.TSA SLC Maintenance Team, 2007-2009. Duties included:• Daily and weekly maintenance, upkeep and repair of all TSA screening equipment, with a focus on the ETD machines. • Record keeping and storage.• GSA vehicle maintenance.• Supply ordering, retrieval, storage and dispersal. • Presentation, form, and database creation.• A variety of odd jobs and tasks requested by the TSA Coordination Center and Screening Managers.Transportation Security Officer, 2002-2007. Duties included:• Conduct security checkpoint screening of airline passengers' physical persons and property. • Operation of screening equipment such as: o Explosive Trace Detection machines o X-ray machines o Walk-Through Metal Detectors o Hand Held Metal Detectors o Explosive Detection System machines • Conduct screening of passengers' persons using full-body pat down techniques.• Screened passengers' baggage by searching through bags suspected to contain prohibited items. • Frequently dealing with irate or upset passengers.
