About Me: Working with brands like Nike and New Balance after college was an incredible experience that allowed me to apply my creative skills in a real-world setting. I was able to work on projects ranging from designing marketing materials for new product launches to creating concepts for in-store displays. Working with these brands was not only exciting, but it also helped me to develop a deep understanding of branding and consumer behavior. As a creative, I am always looking for ways to break the trend and explore new ideas. in 2018 I decided to create a personal monograph named "The Outer Limits." This project allowed me to explore my interests in public land management, predator vs. prey dynamics, and the economic forces that shape life in small communities of agriculture. I left a city of a few million people and moved to a dot on the map. Population 70. There was a bar, a gas station, and a state facility I worked at while I explored my project. Throughout my time there I was able to create a series of images that showcase the importance of preserving public lands for future generations. I also explored the impact of climate change and human involvement on these surrounding landscapes. I never grew up hunting so living out here I learned how to harvest wild game. My interest in predator vs. prey dynamics was inspired by my love for wildlife and the natural world. I used my creative skills to develop images that showcase the complex relationships between different species in an ecosystem. By highlighting the importance of these relationships, I hoped to encourage people to take a more holistic view of conservation and environmentalism. To feel closer and more connected to their local landscapes. Finally, I dove into the economic forces that shape life in small communities of agriculture. As someone who grew up in a large city, I had no sense of the deep challenges farmers and small business owners face in these areas. Through my work, I aimed to shed light on these challenges and highlight the importance of supporting local economies.Working on "The Outer Limits" has been a rewarding experience that allowed me to explore something I knew nothing about. After living this life for a few years now, I know I want to work with brands that recognize the importance of hunting, fishing, public land and private land management, and the interconnected nature of these topics.
