This data informs strategic marketing decisions made at studios and distributors across Hollywood.As a field recruiter, I was interviewing hundreds of moviegoers every month on the latest movies, television, and video games as well as testing trailers and marketing materials before release. Our team innovated mobile data collection methods using the latest portable technology and direct engagement with audiences while other market research firms were still sitting at testing tables in the back of offices. I built and managed research teams in Chicago and San Diego that captured volumes of live field interviews from shoppers and moviegoers and tabulated data from exit screenings at film premieres and special events across Southern California.
