As a Project Engineer at SelectRail for the last 9 months, I have been a key contributor to the company's success. I have successfully managed and overseen multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.During my time at SelectRail, I have demonstrated excellent project management skills, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive progress and delivering projects that exceed client expectations. In addition, I have developed strong communication and interpersonal skills, working closely with team members and stakeholders to ensure everyone is aligned and working towards the same goals.One of my proudest accomplishments during my time at SelectRail was initiating and completing a project to develop a new testing device for the relays. The device streamlined the testing process, reducing testing time by five times, compared to the current process in place.
