I am personal trainer and aspiring Powerlifting coach currently operating out of gym etc. Leyland. An all inclusive health club in Leyland, Lancashire. My interest has always been specifically in strength training and through that passion I've been able to represent Great Britain internationally on two occasions for powerlifting. In one of my more recent competitions, I broke a British record for the deadlift event in my weight class (-120kg). I am constantly looking for ways to educate myself and become a better coach for those that I am able to help.
