I have completed multiple freelance projects for various industries, such as education, entertainment, and health care, delivering high-quality designs that meet the clients' needs and expectations.My passion for design started with a major career change from Policing to Graphic Design. I studied Graphic Design at Fanshawe College, where I graduated with a Diploma of Graphic Design and earned the Dean's List honor. I then pursued a Google UX Design Certificate from Coursera, where I learned the fundamentals of user research, prototyping, testing, and evaluation. I am always eager to learn new skills and tools, and to apply them to real-world problems and solutions.I am currently working as a Sales Consultant for Bell Canada and Virgin Plus, where I manage customer’s mobile or home service accounts using my knowledge of the products and services. I provide personalized solutions for customers, building rapport and trust through effective communication and customer service skills. I consistently meet and exceed my individual monthly KPIs. Before Bell I worked for Apple Canada working from home, where I was selected to join an exclusive task force collaborating with the Apple Global Compliance Trade team where I processed product embargo blocks and fraudulent accounts.
