As head of HR for OrthoTennessee I am responsible for the strategic direction of human resource functions including organizational development, performance management, staff engagement, employee relations, recruiting/retention, policies, and compliance, as well as spearheading diversity initiatives to enhance the overall experience of all staff members.In both current and previous positions, I have successfully implemented and directed policy changes, recruited and hired diverse and qualified talent, improved process and performance, and enhanced employee engagement and satisfaction. I have directly managed up to 20 individuals and supervised programs for over 1000 personnel. I have also consulted on HR and operations functions for a start-up medical device distributorship as well as a new to the market pool installation company. In both roles I helped streamline product acquisition, resource tracking, contractor/customer service, and process improvement. I am a people person, a results-driven leader, and a motivated team player. My mission is to invest in people and relationships, and to further the goals of my organization through positive communication, collaboration, and accountability.
