As a Customer Success Manager at CIPHR, i have complete client account ownership and accountability, and my main focus is to increase customer satisfaction and retention. Accountabilities: - Responsible for a portfolio of client relationships- Creating and managing Account Plans for each account and conducting reviews- Set and manage client expectations in relation to CIPHR products and services- Build strong relationships across multiple areas and contacts within the client organisation to increase exposure and grow accounts- Manage the renewals process for all annuity revenue- Promote the utilisation of services within CIPHR Service Pack, Training and Managed Service.- Identify, develop and promote potential integrations that are relevant to the customer- Obtain reference sites, case studies and referrals- Updating of CRM system regarding all customer interactions and commentary, to maximise accurate forecasting ability- Interact with colleagues from other departments to ensure good working relationships and delivery of excellent customer service- Promote client forums and events- Comprehensive knowledge of whole product range and of our solutions messaging- Provide Webex and online demos of core CIPHR products, at an overview level- Provide proposals and product information

We also can complete Foam Cleaning of cooling towers with Endoscope inspection of tower pack.- Independent (UKAS) laboratory services, to test water samples for legionella, coliforms, total bacteria etc., mineral assays and general water parameters, including 24 hour legionella detection.- Water storage tank replacement, tank refurbishment to current water regulations, including surface coating and internal lining.- Water softener supply, installation and servicing.- System flushing and pre-commissioning cleaning.- Air quality monitoring, air hygiene surveys, duct work cleaning and disinfection.- COSHH Assessments, Water Hygiene Risk Assessments and General Consultancy.Accountabilities:- Lead generation and booking appointments with companies, organisations & businesses through various methods, for example: Cold calling, mail shots & social selling.- Focused on maximising sales by managing all accounts efficiently- Carry out the day-to-day administration for accounts (scheduling jobs through the use of a CRM (Jobwatch), conduct monthly visits, phone/ email correspondence etc.).- Liaise with service team, Operations Manager, Contracts Department to ensure all works completed to highest standard.- Advise customers of remedial actions to be taken following visits to site and identify upselling opportunities.- Ensure customer compliance with ACoP L8.

Worked with the companies environmental management systems manager, to help in achieving accreditation's such as the ISO 140001, 50001 and the Green Dragon Award, and also looking at other areas within the business. Working on the production line, supply chain, logistics and sales in order to get an idea how the business works at all levels. I also had the opportunity to organise an Inside Welsh industry event, where we showcased how the company is incorporating sustainable principles into all levels of the business.
