Currently oversee an Iowa portfolio that includes 800+ units, 4 new high end luxury developments with one finishing lease up. I moved to Iowa to set up and grow the practice building a team from 1 to currently 18 employees, 35 units to 800 and growing. Heavily involved in the staffing, marketing and financial success of each asset. Class A luxury market rate where I thrive but have had extensive background in value add, student, vintage assets and even affordable.

Position properties based on clients needs and goals. Whether a lease up, rent growth, positioning for sale, or cash flow. I work with each of the clients within my Minneapolis portfolio of 1,300+ units and growing to not only meet but exceed their goals. Operations are my strength taking a realistic big picture approach to each property I oversee. Each market is different and my strategies vary based on those markets and clients needs. I'm always looking for ways to improve the financial performance of each property and am a firm believer in creating an atmosphere where people enjoy working with you and for you. I love my job and the people I work with.

Responsible for the day to day operations of a class A 242 unit property. Took the property from 88% occupied and going backwards on revenue growth to 97% occupied and cash flowing before leaving for a promotion to Investment Manager.
