Initiated and oversaw multiple project improvements for the division. Site project improvement and implementation including a new treating system to increase output during peak times. Managed 4-6 direct reports with 4 non-exempt employees from July to November to help with harvest and planting.

I was a part of the safety team as a site leader who worked with the management team and the HSE lead to develop safety plans to comply with the audit schedule. Managed a team of 12 direct reports. There were also 20-30 non-exempt employees from September to April to fulfill production demands. Contributed to hitting budget targets for my department and for the 30-million-dollar site, by having continuing improvement discussions with the site manager. Reducing overhead and retaining the appropriate staffing

Development of a new production region for the company. Recruiting new seed producers to ensure they would comply with our production requirements. Contracting to meet plan, oversee growing season, and harvest scheduling. Health Safety and Environment (HSE) management. Building a program that allows for Worker Protection Standards tracking on production fields. It also allowed for reporting capabilities to comply with the standards. Project lead for new company mapping and field data management system. Started at the Pasco location and was implemented into the US within 3 years after initial work on the project.
