Summer Intern with Credit Support at Scotiabank.While with Scotia I created and implemented new processes to significantly increase the efficiency of the team’s output. This improved the team's case output by allowing this process to be completed automatically from a traditionally manual process. This resulted in an increase in the total daily case completion output by 50%. I also proactively identified data transfer errors between the host system and periphery systems, creating a log of corrupt cases, resulting in a rapid response, minimizing future corrupt cases.
